Wedding Planner Casino San Clemente, Cortney Helaine Events actually met Alison a year before their wedding when she was a bridesmaid and attended another event our team had planned. After chatting, we knew we loved her design and couldn’t wait to start working with her so on the gorgeous day of September 1 in San Clemente at the historic venue Casino, Allison and Conor were pronounced husband and wife. This venue was perfect for their special day. The ceremony was very personal and charming with their officiant and close friend Tina Vansteenbergen, sharing their love story with all their family and friends. It was amazing to be able to hear how they came together and ended up choosing each other forever. Their vows were nothing short of laughter and love for each other and surprisingly similar showing how they truly ended up with their best friend.
The reception area was absolutely breathtaking with the stunning florals provided by Bloom of Time. The romantic, late summer florals with tones of dusty rose, pale pink, peach, and burgundy blended in gently with hints of white and ivory neutrals came together in a classic and secret garden style. The flowers and greenery filled the room from the beautiful centerpieces and garland to the greenery hanging from chandlers. They helped tie in the smoky blue and pink water goblets that came in a variety of different styles that added a cute vintage look to the table settings. These were provided by Sundrop Vintage along with a very glamorous blue velvet Hawthorne couch surrounding the fireplace with the addition of a gramophone giving an old Hollywood vibe in the courtyard. Wedding Planner Casino San Clemente, Cortney Helaine Events loved that the evening flowed smoothly with the grand entrance that consisted of just Allision and Conor, which led to their first dance as newlyweds. And dang! Could you feel the love between those 2!
Dinner was buffet style, provided by Jays Catering. Enjoyed by everyone was Santorini chicken, a tri-tip carvery station, grilled marinated vegetables, mashed potatoes, pear & walnut salad, and of course delicious baked rolls! They also had a scrumptious dessert bar with mini desserts of french macaroons, fruit tarts, vanilla bean chocolate eclairs, and french apple tarts! The night was continued by open dancing with fun upbeat music provided by Epic1 DJ and guest having a blast with the photo booth that acted as the guest sign-in book. Such a fun memorable way of remembering who came to their special day! As the fun went on a late-night snack that is actually a favorite of these 2 was a taco bar provided by the catering team as well! It was definitely a hit! As this magical night came to an end the guests were able to take a piece of Allison and Conor with them with their personalized favors of Hot Cheetos because Allison is OBSESSED and a toothbrush with their cute and clever hashtag #itboilesdowntojacobson on it because Conor is a dentist! How perfect is that! It was a perfect ending to an amazingly perfect day!
